| Wonderful facilities and service. Rooms were clean and very well appointed. All staff members that we interacted with were friendly and very helpful. Try the Elk Tenderloin in the restaurant, it was amazing. (I've been eating Elk all my life and this was some of the best ever). This was one of the nicest weekend getaway experiences we have ever had, and we will be back. |

| As a first visit, we were pleasantly surprised to find
this hotel was in every way up to our expectations
in the quality of the staff, the dinning experience,
the beauty of the grounds, spa, pool area, and,
most of all, the spacious and upscale rooms. The
location is quiet with nature surrounding the hotel
and is perfect for pet owners to walk their dogs &
pets are allowed anywhere in the hotel except the
dinning areas. It's also an easy walk to downtown.
There is valet parking if you prefer, or a parking lot
convenient to the main entry or rooms. We can't
wait to go back in the fall to enjoy the beauty of
the outdoor waterfalls and ponds as we walk
around the grounds. |

| Room was good and setting of the hotel is excellent. If I am paying this much, why can't I have wi-fi in the room free? or at least in the lobby? |

| Beautiful hotel in beautiful surroundings. The problem was the service. My hotel key card was disabled two times in one day because the receptionist put me in one room but wrote a different number on the key card envelope so they thought my room was empty and kept cancelling the key. They sent the wrong luggage to my room and they put a car charge on my charge when I clearly wrote no car on my check in sheet. When I mentioned all this all I got was they were sorry. Oh and I almost forgot the ant crawling across my plate at breakfast to which the manager totally ignored me pointing it out. The rooms are in three separate buildings which you have to walk outside to get to and not too close to the main buildings but if you like upscale rooms then this is a place to go. |
